Big Fish Little Fish: Family Rave

Sunday 30 July 2023

Award-winning, family rave sensation, Big Fish Little Fish, will be bringing the tunes to the family massive with an old skool drum and bass and jungle set from DJ Raks. Throw some wicked shapes on the family-only multi-sensory dancefloor filled with bubbles, balloons, snow foam, smoke rings and topped off with a giant parachute finale.

If a break from dancing is needed, younger ravers can dive into the free craft activity and a homemade playdough table to charge up their batteries.

Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating

Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance

Large Groups

If attending as a large party please ensure one adult to two children minimum. We will refuse entry to groups where there is inadequate supervision

Each member of your group must have a ticket and pre-walking infants are free (but ticketed). Please bear in mind the age of your child will be at the time the event will take place.

Sound Level

The music level is set and monitored throughout to abide by WHO guidelines. Though quieter than at adult events, it is still loud enough to feel like you are at a club. Most parents do not use ear defenders on their children but if yours are particularly sensitive to noise or if you want them to nap then you might want to consider it.

Photography

We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for Big Fish Little Fish and IF: Milton Keynes International Festival  promotional and archival purposes. Please approach a member of staff if you have any concerns.

Just a reminder...

Please be aware that Big Fish Little Fish is designed to provide a family-friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco. There will be no kid's music, games, or DJ shout outs. The effect is to give families unity on the dancefloor – dancing together.
