The Stables Sessions: Roses & Pirates (acoustic)

A session of stripped back, acoustic tracks Sunday 30 July 2023

Roses & Pirates are a female fronted indie pop/rock band from Buckinghamshire. The band have been likened to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs & The Cranberries by G3 Magazine, previously sharing stages with Skunk Anansie, Alkaline Trio & Lucy Spraggan.

Over the past 2 years original members Rosie & Charlene have been working on writing & recording new music, their latest track Living In Reverse has just been mixed by Grammy Award winning producer Jacquire King who has worked with the likes of Shawn Mendes & Kings Of Leon.

Roses & Pirates play a mix of stripped back acoustic tracks to full band, big riffs & catchy melodies. This year they welcome back strings player Doubravka & bring in new members to bring all their big ideas to life. This summer will be the first time new tracks hit the stage, ready and raring to go with a debut album in the pipeline.
