The Stables Sessions: Live On The Bulbfield Stage

The Stables Sessions are back, and this time presented in a weekend of free open-air live music performances in Campbell Park on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 July. 

Programmed by The Stables, the Sessions put a spotlight on new sounds, emerging talent and unsigned artists. Each Session lasts approximately 45 minutes

Lizzy Hardingham: Saturday 17 July, 12noon
This folk musician and songstress is paving her way as a powerhouse performer with beautifully delivered songs that sing straight to the heart.

Anna Hester: Saturday 17 July, 1.15pm
A singer-songwriter with a powerful and confident voice who moves effortlessly between genres whilst retaining an emotional core.

Candi's Dog: Saturday 17 July, 2.30pmThis Tyneside trio are at the top of their unique folk­pop game with crisp, upbeat melodies and warming harmonies.

Manny & The Coloured Sky: Saturday 17 July, 3.45pm
This alt soul inspired solo artist from Milton Keynes brings a stunning, richly melodic band arrangement to his previous acoustic style.

4th Labyrinth: Saturday 17 July, 5pm
An energy and sound that places 4th Labyrinth somewhere between Queen, ELO, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Radiohead and The Foo Fighters.

Hannah Scott: Sunday 18 July, 12noon
Powerful, personal songs delivered with an exquisitely beautiful voice, expertly combining traditional songwriting with electronic and cinematic sounds.

Smith and Brewer: Sunday 18 July, 1.15pm
This duo combine close harmony singing and guitar to create timeless, neatly crafted songs that display their musical interplay and superb harmony vocals.

Joe Miles: Sunday 18 July, 2.30pm
A third generation singer-songwriter with EP releases, a host of impressive collaborations, regular tours and BBC Introducing appearances under his belt.

Inlak’esh: Sunday 18 July, 3.45pm
This 4-piece instrumental acoustic band create succulent, ear pleasing grooves with a melting pot of sound, taking in Spanish-Arabian melodies and rhythms.

Fred's House: Sunday 18 July, 5pm
Summery 1970’s West Coast-inspired folk/rock: fresh, sweeping sounds, gorgeous harmonies, moving lyrics, infectious melodies and uplifting grooves.

The Bulbfield in Campbell Park is located next to the large circular Events Plateau at the City end of the Park. 

Parking: There is ample parking near to Campbell Park in the City Centre at centre:mk Multi Storey Car Park. From here, there is a footbridge into the Park from the City, from Midsummer Boulevard, and through to the underpass and bridge by MK Gallery.

These are outdoor concerts, please dress for the weather.

Drop off and pick up point available at MK Gallery and MK Theatre, walk through to Campbell Park and Stewards will direct you

A volunteer BSL interpreter will be available between 2- 4pm on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th  

Festival Food Traders all have lowered serving positions and large print menus available
