Theatre of Widdershins: Treasure Chest Tales

Incorporating music, puppets and audience interaction, Widdershins skilfully brings a series of magical and enchanting stories to life to entertain all ages.

The Treasure Chest Tales take place across two days:

Saturday 17 July
11.15am: The Princess & The Pea
1.15pm: The Hare & The Hedgehog
3.15pm: The Many Legged Musicians of Bremen

Sunday 18 July
11.15am : Granny Dumpling
1.15pm: Nanooshka, Queen of the Goats
4pm: Ug, Bug & Dug

Duration of each Tale: Approximately 40 minutes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

Maximum 6 tickets per booking

This performance will be in the Labyrinth area of Campbell Park. This is at the City/John Lewis end of the Park, between The Milton Keynes Rose and Silbury Boulevard.

Parking: There is ample parking near to Campbell Park in the City Centre at centre:mk Multi Storey Car Park. From here, there is a footbridge into the Park from the City, from Midsummer Boulevard, and through to the underpass and bridge by MK Gallery.

Food and Drink is available in Campbell Park for this event: Food&Drink

This is an outdoor event, please dress for the weather.

Registered Assistance Dogs are welcome, though we ask that you do not bring pets to Festival events. Camping and BBQs are not permitted. So that everyone can view performances, please don’t bring tents, gazebos, windbreaks and large umbrellas. Please do not bring glass and bottles into the Park. Thank you.

Festival Stewards are on site to help you – please approach them if you have any questions.
