The Stables Sessions: Wayland Smithy

Wayland Smithy are a six-piece folk/electric folk band, originating from the Stables Theatre, Milton Keynes in 2018. They are seasoned musicians and play a variety of instruments, guitars, banjo, mandolins, whistle, bodhran and percussion with the best vocal harmonies.

They all have a love for folk music but wanted to create a certain “Smiffy” sound by adding a little extra to some familiar and traditional tunes. Guaranteed to get audience toes tapping.
