Kamchàtka: Fugit
Having captivated audiences with Alter at IF: 2023, Kamchàtka return to the Festival, this time with the UK premiere of Fugit.
Step into a world where the lines between audience and participant blur. Fugit is a profound homage to those who’ve dared to abandon the familiar, leave the unnecessary behind, and bravely venture into the unknown. You’ll put yourselves in the hands of strangers, traversing the intriguing landscape of Wolverton in a daytime journey like no other. Kamchàtka, renowned for their award-winning outdoor theatre (Alter was named one of The Observer’s top 10 theatre events of 2024), masterfully use silent gestures and evocative storytelling to explore themes of migration and displacement.
This is your chance to be part of something truly special – an immersive, unforgettable expedition that inspires, provokes and ultimately celebrates the human spirit.
